How We Met

When my other horse Became retird I was looking for a new horse, so i was looking and looking, then i saw a horse in the paper for sale. A green broke 12 year old registered quarter horse, i was interested so i call and set a date to go, when i get there the horse was saddled and i could clearly see that she was beaten and abused, i did not say any thing, when i got on she stayed there. i asked her to walk and she did, it was rocky when i dismounted i looked at her feet she had thrash and rocks in her feet. i asked him what happen he said that he could not afford to keep her any more so i paid him the $200 and took her home, she is much better all of her scars are almost gone and i just cant wait to work with her this summer!! she is my baby!



UPDATE!!!
treasure is now lame!! she had a 2 year old absest in her left frunt hoof the last time i rode her she just went wild on me and i chected her food to see if there was a rock stuck in her hoof and as i felt her food the absest that my furrier drained was infected!! so we had the vet look at it and theas are his exat words-->
"i am sorry Dakota dut your horse in going to be lame. she is very close to being fully lame she may have a chance to be a trail horse in 3 or 4 years." when i hurd that i wanted to cry!! her hooof is as soft as a marchmallow i will keep you updated as she gets better.
