How We Met

Well have some sad news... Gun passed away on September 19th. Just a word of warning to all. We recently were spraying some weeds with Round Up Original Max.... Well later that night Gun was not feeling well .. had some serious sinus issues going on. So we called the company that makes the Round UP and they said that it sounded like he got some back spray but it wouldn't hurt him .. just make him sick but he should be better in 24-36 hrs. Well he didn't get better ... we called again... and for the second time we went from them to the ASPCA Poison control to another vet. Who again said that it would make him sick but give him time to come back. Well we called our own vet locally who told us what to do and what to give him and we did. He seemed to get better a little and started to eat a little but then got worse again. Well bottom line it didn't work and my husband checked on him Wed morning and he was there .. he went back out around lunch time and he was gone. SO a word of warning .. if you are spraying your fields make sure that you have the horses far away from the area so they don't get the over spray. Even though they say it won't kill the animal just make them sick. It was the beginning of the end for my baby..
