Yukon Gold is beutiful and very striking. I have worked with a couple Paso's and it was fun and the ride was very different than the QH's and paints I usually ride. Good luck with your training. Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you are having a wonderful and happy Thanksgiving. I hope you're enjoying lots of good food with your family and friends. We have much for which to be thankful. And we just ate our BIG meal and are stuffed!
I am lucky to have such great friends as you who love me even though I'm so bad about getting online and writing. I miss you and just wish I had more time to write. Sigh! Such is life…
I treasure your friendship and even though I'm not always around I think of you often. Thank you for being there for me!
I'm also very grateful to have another horse living with us now. Eddie's been here for 2 months now but he's so settled in it seems like we've had him forever. He and Pippin are great friends but with their size difference and their perky personalities I don't trust them to be alone together. So, Eddie has a smaller fenced in section of Pippin's big day pen and they spend lots of time right against each other with the fence in between. And yes, Pippin is boss!
We walk them together with the dogs and they drive their own carts. Eddie takes 2 steps while Pippin takes 20. They are adorable! And we keep stopping traffic! hehe

Thank you each for your loving thoughts and amazing support. I love each and everyone of you. I truly do. You've become a special part of my life. I'm so blessed.....Sadie doing okay. She yells at me every time she sees me. She even yelled at me as I went out to the car to go to work Friday afternoon. She's never done that before. I bought her a new fly mask after work. She's notorious for ripping them to shreds. I went out to the corral with it and some carrots, too. I fed her the carrots first. I told her she didn't have to share them anymore. She was so bad about sharing, I'd have to back her up to give Star her carrots. Sadie was a pig. A carrot addict. As soon as I told her there was no one to share with now, Scruffy came up wanting some, too. That silly dog loves carrots. He use to bury them in the poo in the corral, then decided he liked them. Thanks, she is a beautiful surprise. I am thinking on calling her Lynx. Rode Gazelle today to move some cattle. It was a miserable day, very cold and windy and very muddy out from yesterdays 2 inches of rain. Fingers were frozen, but Gazelle worked awesome today and we had lots of fun.

HAPPPPY VALENTINES DAY!!! make sure to give your horse a big kiss for me today! hahah i wish i could go give sandy one but im sooo busy today that i can't :( maybe soon though and then i'll shower him in kisses <3 anyways i have the feeling that im gonna have one busy looooong horsie filled summer! not just summer but starting now actually! i have riding lessons on sundays, on tuesdays and thursdays im goin to my lesson barn to watch and ride with my friend while she practices her jumping, and then maybe i might be goin to a REALLY NICE top of the line barn to help out a friend that went to school with my older siblings like once or twice a month on saturdays! i can't wait! and don't forget about the endless horse shows all summer that i'll get to go to and watch! anyways im suuuper excited! leavin a vote and i hope you have a lovely valentines day! <3
