trying to help marty get his hotd.
check out my new T-shirt motto (does NOT apply to YOU :) and sing's show jump pic on the bottom of my page. a young lady, kara, rode with me and took sing to show in the jumpers at a local show barn. only one other jumper showed up so they were just riding for fun, not points. sing did beautifully and cara looks awesome to me!Come visit me, Sing & Herd.

I've been trying to figure out why the horseshoe doesn't come up and then remembered the time change. It doesn't change here, but we're affected by it, anyway. Went out Saturday night and gave the girls some grain and carrots. I feed them their grain after work. I get a chance to spend special time with them at the end of the evening. I stood next to Star and talked to her as I pet her. Her winter coat is coming in good. Gets cold at night. I had to stand guard, so Sadie wouldn't take hers after she finished her own. Sadie ate and then tried to go after Star's. I kept her blocked. When she saw I wasn't going to let her have Star's food, she turned her butt to me to rub. watched the breeders cup races yesterday! some amazing highlights: horse sarafina and sea moon bucking and spinning and really seriously acting up on the way to the start gate. their jockeys barely lost balance even though their stirrups are so short and they have no leg wrapped around the horse! what amazing riders these guys are! and 18 yr old joe o'brien 5ft 11in jockey who rode to victory for his daddy, trainer aidan o'brien broke the record for the youngest jockey to ever win. he was cool and relaxed in his interviews. very respectful. what an incredible story. very inspiring. marty sounds like he's taught you alot! love the TB's. sing is OTT, too. we're growing old together. i'm blessed that she's got good legs. she's 17 now and i got her as a 4 yr old. Come visit me, Sing & Herd.
