One of the problems when i first got her was that i was afraid she was lonely, so i put one of our goats in with her, she got aggressive over her feed and charged that goat striking out with her fore legs. that night i was really discouraged and was ready to send her away but i talked with some friends and today she enjoys grazing in our pasture with the goatsCome visit me, Pacos, in loving memory"Ol' Red", Athena & Brighty.

It is so amazing the talent and trust your horse seems to have in you. i just got my own horse January 12, 2011. she was a yearling when i got her and she is entirely mine to train i am so thankful for the people who help me, give me tips how to train her, already she no longer makes it her daily goal to kick my older sister. i am so glad for people who have great horses that inspire me that i can do it.Come visit me, Pacos, in loving memory"Ol' Red", Athena & Brighty.

FANCY'S PERCEPTIONS:
“More Than Color"
Fancy is joggin(literally jogging) by with a Thursday vote for you this time!
Whew! What a lovely and tiring evening!
This evening we went around the block and every time my son jogs, Fancy tries to stay up with him. I had to turn her in small circles to slow her down, because I was walking beside her. And I couldn't keep up with her or my son. LOL.
All week, I have been cutting limbs and clearing debris from the trees. While I do this Fancy will stand right beside me almost the entire time. When the trees or limbs fall I have to be sure she is still following me so it won't hit her. She stands with me and watches the tree or limb fall. I just have think, this little horse has so much trust in me it is amazing. I pray that I never let her down.
It has been a lovely cloudy day in NC, but I am glad for a rest.
