Hope your wrists are feeling better.- My instructor taught me never to put my hands out to break a fall cause that is what could happen - she also taught me it takes a 100 falls to be a good rider - It was her way of teaching us that if you're afraid of falling you won't get anywhere.

I can't believe it is Thursday already!
Are you planning any good rides during the Thanksgiving holiday? We usually ride to my Mom's for dinner. But I might miss that again because I am sure I will have to help more in the kitchen now.
