A vote for your beautiful Appaloosa girl!
We're moving at the end of this month! I'll still be in the same city, but I'm going from an apartment to a house. I still have to board Luna at the stables instead of having her in my backyard, but actually that's okay too because there's always someone around at the stable who wants to go riding with me. And anyway, it only takes 10 or 15 minutes to get there.
It's way too cold to ride today (wind chill makes it -7 degrees today) but I am going out to brush Luna and give her love.

January is almost over and I haven't ridden even once this year yet. It's either the weather, my job, or life that somehow intervenes. I'm going to have to take a tip from Nike and JUST DO IT! LOL

Sorry I haven't been writing blogs, but HorseChannel is acting really weird and it's hard to get the website to work properly. So I will try again.
It's finally cold and snowy here, and I'm not sure whether I'm happy or sad about it LOL! At least Luna is getting some use out of her furry wooly coat she grew!

Here's a Tuesday vote for you!
Now that the holidays are over, I'm back to my usual routine, and Luna and I are back working in the round pen. When it's so bitter cold like it is now, I like to just do ground work, and have super-long grooming sessions so I can just hang with her.

Your Horse is Lovely!
I really love Appaloosas, and Rosie has a gorgeous coat color.
Did you get any horse-related things for Christmas? I got some pretty neon-colored mane and tail extensions for Luna, to help "jazz" up her look LOL. I can't wait to put them in her hair and take photos.
I went to see "War Horse" on Tuesday and it was really good. If you see it, take tissues along. But it's worth it.
