thanks so much for voting for New Vegas.
i finally rode him by myself without someone leading him. he did fantastic and he's really starting to trust me. every time he trusts me it's amazing because of all the abuse he had to deal with. his scars are healing and he's becoming a really lovely boy.
i'm glad you rescued Amy. she's a beautiful little filly. i added more pics of Vegas. come check them out.

A late congratulations on HOTD!
Happy first day of spring! I've got to get some metal roofing panels to work on the horse shade before the heat hits. I want to board the west side of the shade, too, to keep the afternoon sun off the girls. Wish I had someone to help, but there's nothing I can't do when I put my mind to it. We women are awesome like that.... On my way home from work Sunday night, I accidentally ran over a cat, and killed it, in the middle of a dark street. I feel so bad about it. Well had a great day with my friends Valli&Riley, Then went out for supper. Then I went out see Texas and My sister's horse Misty's Sunrise! They are good. My mom and me are going riding tomorrow!

She is so Cute. She looks like a real sweet horse. I am glad she was rescued. do you know what her weight was when you got her and what her weight is now? Congrats on HOTD. My Digit looked like that when I adopted him from a rescue (only he had gone through 2 years of neglect). I didn't think he was gonna make it but he did and he is beautiful too!!
