Nicknames: Sometimes I call her pretty girl, but we normally call her Ginger.

Breed: Quarter Horse

Height: Ginger is 15 hh.

Color: She is a beautiful bay with a little white star. However, in the summer when she slicks off, she has copper highlights in her coat! She's gorgeous!

Type of Riding: We mostly do ranch work, but we are in 4-H together and we do western games and tons of trail riding as well as cow penning.

My Horse's Achievements: When we first purchased Ginger, she had super bumpy gates. Then, when I rode her, I found a hint of smoothness, and when she was given to me, I re-trained her and taught her to show only her smooth gates now. She has come so far because for the first year or two we had her, she was pretty distant, and now she loves everyone!

My Horse's Favorite Treat: Ginger loves twinkies and cabbage! She is especially obsessed with the cabbage!

My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Ginger absolutely loves cow penning and trail riding. She loves to compete in anything that has her timed or head to head with another horse. We race my brother and his mare all the time on the trails, especially up hill.

Pet Peeves: Ginger hates to be last or left behind. She also doesn't like fly spray.
