Hi! I had a great week. My daughter graduated from college, my mother came all the way from Virginia to visit, I had a fun cook-out with friends, went trail riding every day in beautiful weather, and sold some unwanted extra tack for big $$$. Good times!
Luna must be "feeling her oats" a lot lately, because she tests me almost every ride. Actually, that's a good thing, because it teaches me to pay attention to her body language. I'm always up to learn more about my mare!

That's cool that your dog and my mare have the same name LOL!
I watched the Kentucky Derby yesterday, but the horse I picked (Union Rags) didn't win. The horse that did win, I'll Have Another, was bought for just $11,000. For a race horse, that's phenomenally cheap! It was fun to see all the outfits people were wearing and the excitement of the crowd. One day I want to actually see the Derby in person. It's on my "bucket list."
I couldn't ride today; it's been pouring rain all day.
