Sorry I haven’t been on as much as planned. I have been super busy with school and training Mac. This spring we will be competing in 1st level dressage which is new to both of us and have been working super hard.

The History on the Gypsy Beauties

The earliest records of multi-colored horses (such as the gypsy horse) are from cave drawings estimated to be approximately 20,000 years old. In past times, such multi-colored horses were believed to be omens of good fortune.
The association of the Rom with horses is almost legendary. By tradition, the gypsy horse is involved in each and every aspect of family life...faithfully pulling the vardo by day, yet sufficiently amenable and patient to be the gentle mount of gypsy children when the day is done. Often staked out alongside the road with the family wagon in all types of weather when not "on the move," the gypsy horse lives and thrives for the most part by partaking of the grasses which happen to be growing where it is tethered. Hey guys, how did your Monday go?
It finally warmed up a little, but its still windy. Yesterday I rode both Misty and Dakota, they where full of pep and lots of fun to ride. While I was riding Dakota some beef calves got out, so we chased them in, and later while I was riding Misty, the Holstein steers got out so we chased them in too, wich was a lot of fun, the horses and I get a kick out of chasing those little rascals.
I also did some ground work with Sierra.
Question of the day: If you had the chance to spend a day with a famous horseman or horsewoman of your choice, who would you choose and why?
I would probably choose Clinton Anderson, as his method seems to be very effective.

Sadly not doing to good. I have a severely sprained wrist my doctor said I'm lucky it's not broken I fell off a horse that bucked and then automatically reared afterwards I went right off the back of it! Here's a vote for yah! Spread the word about me running for August hotm please! Logan's gravel isn't that much better is still no riding for me, but I'm going to give him another bath today!
