How We Met

I decided that my mare, Lily was too much for me after she scared two trainers while being despooked, so I called a lady my trainers know and buy horses from who helps people find the perfect horse and also helps people sell their horses. Well, the first horse she had ended up being sold to my trainer's daughter and they weren't gonna let him go. So, then she called about two horses: Skipper, a horse so calm that he was ridden the five miles to this lady's house with the bit on wrong, the back cinch too tight and who knows what else done wrong with the tack, AFTER just sitting in the field for two years, and an 11 year old trained in dressage, started in Jumping and with the price at less than half what his training cost because needed him gone ASAP so they wouldn't have to pay board for a horse they weren't using.
Well, I went to see Skipper because he was closer, and we had quite a rocky start. I actually had to start the trail on a different horse and then we switched horses half way, and in the 30 minutes I rode Skipper, I fell love. He came home that day, and he's happy to finally have a job!.
