My Horse's Achievements: He has won many blue ribbons.. but I am mostly proud of the way he is now that he's retired. Once a stall kept show horse, he is now out grazing the pastures and enjoys hopping over crossrails, trail rides, and just being ridden for pleasure. He has been taken down from the saddleseat "double bridle" to a mild kimberwick and he loves it.

My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: EAT! Go to shows. Follow me around for a peppermint. He also really likes the farrier (no, really!)

How We Met

My mom and I saw him at a sale in KY... and his price was too high for us.. but not high enough for the seller to accept - so they took him back home. I watched him prance up and down the rail and said "Mom, someday I want a horse like that." Long story short... we came upon a decent amount of money, and with a trip to Michigan - he was ours!!!.

Thank You! Thank you to those who voted.. sorry his photo is sideways, I'm going to fix it now! Move Over Darling is a film from 1963, about a crazy love triangle, similar to the story of "Castaway" haha. I do not know WHY he is named this, we bought him when he was 8. His sire is Periaptor and his dam is Glens Fire Belle... so his name was just picked out of nowhere, I suppose. We call him LOUIE ... or LUCIFER if he is being bad (which is rare).
