Type of Riding: Dressage. Occasionally some Hunter too. Before I rode her she used to do Pony Club eventing. So I have jumped her a bit, but I'm not so much of a jumper and she didn't seem to like the idea of an inexperianced rider (in that discipline) on her back. Shes very smart and knows her limits!
I ALSO loooove to do timed events on her for fun! Our barn is mainly western so there are always poles and barrels up in the ring. She LOVES pole bending, but isn't a fan at the flag race (she spooks at the flags), and is decent at Barrel Racing. I recently learned she loves galloping home!
My Horse's Achievements: We have won 2011 Junior Hunter High Point and 2012 Senior Hunter High Point in 4-H despite none of us being hunters :D
My Horse's Favorite Treat: Pizza flavored goldfish! But she will eat anything from apples, to Mrs. Pastures Horse Cookies, to Cheez- Its!
My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Dressage is what we specialize in, but as a 4-Her I practice all sorts of things on her to get ready for our annual Fair. I found that she LOVES timed events, Pole Bending in particular.
Pet Peeves: Well, shes sort of a brat occasionally :P And by occasionally I mean almost always haha! She generally hates anything 'new' in her surroundings. However, when she is trailered to shows, she doesn't pitch a fit and couldn't care less as to where the show is either! She also hates new riders. Thats why my trainer and I are the only one who can rider her.
