Skye is doing great at her new home. So far, she is not picking fights with any of the other horses, but she hasn't met the only other mare yet either! Who happens to be the boss of the herd. Good thing Skye is a really fast horse...LOL!!! I spent like 3 hours trail riding with a couple of friends yesterday. Skye was really good for having only been there a day. She even went in some pretty deep water like she had done it tons of times! Of course she had to jump over the tiny creek we came across. I added a couple new pictures too! HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!!
Wow, this has been one long weekend. I was gone all day on both Saturday and Sunday. I spent most of Sunday with Skye. I got her moved to her new home, and she seems to like it. The farm she is at is beautiful!!! Silly girl can't keep her eyes of the cows... probable wants to boss them around too! Bossing the other horse in the corral with her it not working that well...LOL! Looking forward to getting to ride her today. I haven't ridden her since the end of April. Forgot to bring the camera when I moved her, but I plan to get some pictures today.
