How We Met

I got a call from a friend, saying that a gypsy mare just gave birth to a foal, but sadly died in the process. I quickly drove 40 miles to get the orphan foal.When i arrived there, the mother was lying there, her foal wandering what happened to her mom. It was so sad :( "She was weak" i told them. "She was as strong as a horse could get" they replied meanly. The mother was about 350 pounds underweight, and very malnurished. "This is the worst case of animal abuse i've seen so far" i said. The foal was very sick and underweight too. I grabbed the foal, and put her in the car seat next to me, and as i was pulling out of their driveway, the man yelled "I WANT 200$ FOR THAT HORSE!"
I threw the money at him and quickly drove off. I had our vet come over and examine her, she had a severe case of pinworms, and the beginning of EIA. I was worried for her life. After a couple of months she was all better! I was so excited that she lived through it! Now she is a little over 6 years, and happier and healthier than ever!!! I love her so much, and she is a trotting miracle!!!!!!! She is my special baby! and i was told she could never be ridden, that she would be to weak to be ridden or even to canter, or gallop. But just before her 3rd birthday, i went out to her stall, she was gone. i got scared, so i ran to the pasture and she was running and jumping in the air, and rolling around in the dirt, she could finally run!!!!!! i was so excited, i called the vet, he came "she's a miracle" He said!!!!!.
