I had another great ride on Scout today, he is such a nice relaxing horse to ride. I never have to worry about him spooking at anything, he is virtually bombproof. Once I was done riding him I went to my aunts place to work with Misty and Sierra. I saddled Sierra again and had a great lunging session with her. Once I was done lunging her I let her loose to run around the pasture with the saddle on and she didn't do any bucking, she is really getting used to the saddle. Once I was done with Sierra I rode Misty. She wasn't listening to me and kept on rearing every time I wouldn't let her go where she wanted to. I usually ride her with my newer, more comfortable saddle but today I rode her with my old saddle, so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it or if she just wasn't having a good day because that kind of behavior is very out of the ordinary for her, she is usually a very well behaved horse. We got a nice break from the cold today, it got up almost 40 degrees! I hope it stays that way for a while so we can get rid of some of this snow!
