COWBOY & TRIGGER: A TALE OF TWO:
The first few times Cowboy rode Trigger, Trigger acted like the only thing he knew was to go forward. Cowboy became frustrated a few times. He said Trigger was not very smart and that he wanted my Fancy because she would go and she knew how to do things. I encouraged him to keep working and be patient. Also had to remind my little Cowboy, Fancy did not always know these things. She learned them by practicing and patience. And that Trigger could do the same. A few weeks went by and Trigger was walking across the boards, backing, and doing other things that Cowboy would ask. And you should have seen the look of accomplishment on Cowboy's face!

Im new to this site but seems fun. I have dreamed of owning a Friesian for about twenty one years and this past week that dream came true. When I was much younger my parents took me on a memorable vacation to the Kentucky Horse Park where I found out the name of the breed that intrigued me for so long. Well my favorite movie at that time was Lady Hawk prob cause of the horse. Well I got to sit on that very horse!! how exciting. Now we have been able to purchase Royal Elegance(I changed it from Hippy). She is amazing lil over weight but shes been out to pasture for couple years with lil TLC. yet she has won many ribbons and I cant wait to see what kinda team we will make and what she will teach me. Hope to win some ribbons of our own.Come visit me, Royal Elegance.
