Thank ya'll so much for Elva's HOTD!!! It means so much to me!! Not much is going on today. Just school and a few chores. It did snow some this afternoon but it melted away as soon as it landed, which is fine by me. :) I'm thinking about trying to get Sugar to run for April's HOTM. I still have not been able to ride …wet and cold. I do not have an arena or an indoor one!!! I have to haul out to Lake Whitney when it is wet and it is 30 minutes away so after work there is not enough time before dark. Once it dries up some I can ride around my home again. Otherwise I plan to haul out Caturday & Sunday. I can hardly wait.
I hope the New Year is starting out nice for everyone!!!!

Cowboy and Trigger won January HOTM!!!!! And I can't wait to spring it on them when he wakes up!!! Cowboy's will be 12 years old January 7th, this is one of the best early birthday presents ever! I can not call him LITTLE Cowboy anymore, now I shall call him Cowboy. I am sure he will want to go out into the rain to give Trigger treats!

Hey Jaz!
It was so cold and windy for my day off. It also rained early and stayed cloudy and drizzly all day as well. No horsey time which made me sad but I couldn’t have found a better way to pass the winter cold day!!!!
My son and grandson came over Thursday night to stay a few days. Now that was fun!!!! Other than feeding my time was spent in the house with a 2 ½ year old comedian!! That Jason (grandson) is the happiest human I have ever met~ha ha. The 3 movies we watched were so awesome. I have forgotten how much fun it is to be with a little one non-stop for a few days! We watched: Lady and the Tramp*Zookeeper & Babe-Pigs in the city (various other kid shows threw the day=Disney jr). Cliff and I laughed till we cried for hours…I know some of you have grandkids and can so relate to this! Those who don’t yet will cherish the time when you get to that phase of your life ☺
Little Jason kept going to the window wanting me to pick him up so he could see the horses. He says their names so cute how can I resist!!
