Type of Riding: I was bred in New Zealand as a racehorse but I'm a bit too clumsy for the track. Instead, I was turned into an eventer and imported to America in 2007. I still event today with my new owner but we stick to the smaller stuff nowadays.

My Horse's Favorite Treat: Anything that I can eat. But if we're going for specifics, I love vanilla double stuffed oreos.

My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Long walks in the hills, sunbathing in the turnout, down banks

Pet Peeves: Any sort of poll pressure bit - they really bother me. Obnoxious ponies/young horses that won't take no for an answer. And I absolutely cannot stand being left in the cross ties while my food is in my stall.

My Horse's motto: A clean stall with fresh shavings clears away any bad day.

How We Met

After I was tossed around from barn to barn, I was unloaded off of this big trailer to a small barn in a big canyon. This short girl threw my blankets over my back and led me to deeply bedded stall. A year later, I ended up going to college with her. We've been inseparable..

Beautiful horse...Touching story! I am so happy that the two of you found each other. Tossing a morning vote your way Ozzie. I've been doing alot of riding since the weather has finally broken here and just posted some new pics on my mares page. She has been a dream girl to work with considering I hadn't ridden her all winter. We are now working around barrels and small courses I have been setting up. She is my joy for sure! Such a beauty! I have a thoroughbred mare named Kat (webpage still in progress) so i have a special place in my heart for the breed.
