How We Met

She went through a sale as a yearling, the buyers that day were after the pintos so no one was really interested in bidding on a plain-coloured yearling. I was certainly not looking for another horse, but something about her caught me eye, so I did the forbidden impulse bidding and came home with a jewel in disguise.
She bonded with me immediately and is now my best buddy..

Here is a vote for Sandy! ☆★☆ Good Sunday morning! Hugs and vote… After work yesterday I went home and haltered Whiskey and brushed him out and gave him carrots. I will get Deacon today and Rocket tomorrow. Cliff put out another round bale. Those guys sure love Cliff when he has that big ol’ round bale in his truck. It is so much fun to watch the horses when he’s putting the ring around it. Very comical!!! Have a beautiful horsey day! Welcome to HC! ♡♥♡ Happy Presidents Day…I had a very nice weekend and hoping you did too!! I hauled Deacon to Lake Whitney and met some friends. It was so beautiful out, calm clear skies and the temp was around 62. Perfect day! We didn’t get back to the trailer until after dark. The people I rode with do not really do much picture taking so I got 2 pictures of just Deacon but they turned out ok. Sunday was clear and 68 but the winds were 18 to 25 mph so I didn’t ride but I did chores around the barn and helped Cliff put in an opening for a gate area so we can let the horses out to the middle turn out through their main area they stay with the barn. Just enjoyed being out side and of course I had to muck stalls. Hope you had a great weekend too!!!!
