How We Met

When my perents bought me my first horse Lucky, she was really fat. Just figuring she had been eating well, I continued to ride her when I could. One Sunday my Dad comes in from cutting hay next to the horse's pasture. He wasn't gone long before he came into the house and called everyone into the living room. He looked at me and said "you will not be riding Lucky today" Of course I'm thinking that she broke a leg, is sick, or that my saddle had been recked. My Dad then anwsered with "You won't ride her because she has colt next to her" And that colt was Spirit. To this day I have enjoyed his company..
