My Horse's Achievements: Overcoming fears on the trail, always tries his best for me! Teaches children how to ride, loves little kids even though he's quite a big boy, he's very gentle and careful with them!

My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Fall asleep in the crossties while he's being groomed letting the halter and ties hold his head up! Lol

How We Met

Was looking for my first horse after years of leasing and bumming rides off of friend's horses. Just wanted a nice trail horse that wouldn't mind doing some light showing in lower level dressage and not averse to jumping some small obstacles here and there, had always wanted a Paint.....saw his ad in a local livestock trader magazine and went to go see him and he was a perfect match for me! He had formerly been a racehorse as a two year old and was well behaved but not affectionate towards people; I guess he had just always been a 'used' horse not a friend to be loved..... Well, he is loved now and he now shows it by returning his affection but gently, not in a pushy way.
