I just realized that was a 100 lb gain in one week for Fatima. I know that is what the weight tape read, but I wonder if it is real. Does it even sound real? Any way that is what it read.
Ok, it is raining here again and here is your rainy Sunday vote. LOL.
I spent a little time outside as our herd ate dinner. I stayed out to keep Fancy from taking Fatima's grain. It is cool outside but it was nice when the rains halted for a while.

What a suprise! Thank you all for HOTD! Thanks for all your support once again!
Buddy settled in quickly in the outdoor board with all the other horses, even made some friends. One of the girls who worked here at the time had her two horses on outdoor board, and one of them happened to be a baby. Buddy LOVES babies! I didn't want to ride Buddy until he was settled in and used to his surroundings a little more. So instead of riding I would walk him around the property and slowly introduced him to being inside the barn.
He was nervous about being inside the barn at first, but that was expected as he had never been in one before. He did really good, and soon enough he would walk throughout the barn without being too nervous about it all. After about two weeks I decided to tack Buddy up and ride him outside. He doesn'e like to stand still while being tacked up so that was an interesting time.
After he was tacked up I rode him around the back of the barn for about 10 minutes. He was being such a stinker. Didn't want to do anything I asked, just wanted to go and see his friends in the outdoor board. I gave up after ending on a good note and put Buddy back. It was probably a month later, in the middle of November that I decided I was going to move Buddy to indoor board so it would be easier to work with him, and easier to catch him! More tomorrow…
