Apache For the past three weeks I have been sick. Because of that Apache has not been ridden or had any exercise other than walking around in the lot with other horses. He has gained almost 100lbs. Once the doctors find out what is going on with me I will be able to head out to the farm and exercise all the horses again. Hope to hear what you think of him while he is still handsome and in shape. :)Come visit me, Mi Dogg, Trotter Eddy Ukena, Dodger James, R.I.P. Akechata, Jumping Beans & Apache.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Leaving Apache a quick good morning vote! Hope you had a good weekend! I dewormed our horses on Saturday afternoon. The morning we took Rose we noticed(Before we went to the vet) that Spangle had a "dimple/dent" So we took him with us and found out he had/has a fascia tear. The vet says it is nothing to worry about, but Spangle will always have his "dimple" We took Rose to the vet on Saturday. The vet checked her and got some x-rays of her leg. Nothing is wrong. Rose was just off that day or the vet said it could have been a illusion. Rose has a little less muscle on her left hind than her right hind.Come visit me, Zilker, Rose & Spangle.

Hi! Leaving Apache a good morning vote! I gave Spangle a quick lunge yesterday. I tried lunging him without the whip(never done that before) he did extremely well! Rose and I had a lesson yesterday. We were working one random turns when my instructor noticed Rose was off on her left hind leg. We are taking her to the vet on Saturday to have him look at her leg and make sure nothing is wrong(She has been off on that leg before):(Come visit me, Zilker, Rose & Spangle.

FROM THE OWNER!!!! Hello, Jumping Beans is in urgent need of a new owner. The price of feed is getting expensive. So we must rehome the last two rescues on the farm. Along with a couple of our lambs and calves. Donations are greatly appreciated at PM Farms in Kansas. We also have three rabbits needing to be rehomed. These rabbits are purebred Californians, great with kids of all ages from 1 month old to 18 years. They were born on November 4, 2013. The only way to reserve one of the rabbits, horses, calves or lambs is by calling Tamara Ukena at 316-217-1163.Come visit me, Mi Dogg, Trotter Eddy Ukena, Dodger James, R.I.P. Akechata, Jumping Beans & Apache.

Apache's Valentine Apache gets to spend his day out in the pasture with his girlfriend, Jumping Beans. He is such an energetic gelding. No matter what you are doing he has his head held high and his feet prancing as you hold him back from a trot or a lope. He was originally bought for my mother but she no longer can ride due to her back locking up with too much movement. She is now riding Mi Dogg as he is the most relaxed rescue on the farm. Apache is soon to be trained for speed events. So we can help him focus all of his energy to something productive.Come visit me, Mi Dogg, Trotter Eddy Ukena, Dodger James, R.I.P. Akechata, Jumping Beans & Apache.
