Type of Riding: I used to ride him Western but I bought and English saddle and I ride him English alot. I am also training him in Bareback.

My Horse's Achievements: He lost his eye when he was 25 years old. He can have some trouble staying on the rail but he has overcame his fear of not seeing out of one side.

My Horse's Favorite Treat: Sheik's favorite treat is these molasses cakes.

My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: He like trails, having treats and grain, and he loves being groomed!!

Pet Peeves: He doesnt like the deer flies on his ears.

How We Met

I used to ride Sheik and the barn where I took my first lessons. Sheik was always my favorite. We became good friends with the woman who owned the barn. She sold her house in the summer of 06. She had four horses. Sheik and Snowie came with me. She kept Hunter and Dante but Hunter died over the winter of cancer. We bought Dante in August 07..
