CANTER-Ohio www.canterusa. org/ohio Great volunteer-only charity, no administrative costs, 100% of everything we raise goes to trailering, vet costs, board, feed, and medicines necessary to rehabilitate retired/rescued racehorses. August 2, 2008 CANTER-Ohio Equine Education Clinic at Cherokee Stables on Borror Road in Grove City, OH 43123. 10 am-2 pm $15 admission, multiple speakers including OSU vet, equine clinic vet, farrier, & an equine massage therapist on hand to cover topics: colic, basic health care & vaccinations, shoeing, & massage, etc. Lots of information for just $15.
