My Horse's Achievements: Wow Dante has been a roller coaster ride. We bought him in August of 07 and sent him right to training at Kendell Ridge Stable where I was riding for the past 4 and a half monthes. We took him home at the beginning of October. Prior to that were riding him in all of our lesson. By "our" I mean me and my dad. We started taking lessons in April. I had had some years of experience before that but it was my dad's first time. He was really good. Dante was intended to be his horse. My dad had longed him at home alot and he had been riding him too. He got on him one day and he threw a fit and bucked my dad off. My dad had a minor concussoin and was in the hospital that night. That was in November and it was the off seoson of riding so nobody ever got back on him. We were planning to sell him in the spring but it was to much of a heartbreak so my dad found a local trainer and bought his DVD's and Dante is doing very well. He will start longing hopefully soon. I will be doing the riding at first and that should be soon so I guess the one I should really be proud of is my dad for returning to Dante even after a bad accident.
