My Horse's Achievements: Louie broke his leg when he was much younger, and his former owners spent the money to fix him up. He overcame this road block, and he can still canter whith the best of 'em!

My Horse's Favorite Treat: Louie will take an entire apple in his mouth and bug out his eyes whle he tries to eat it!

My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Louie likes to get someone unexperienced on his back and teach them to ride!

Pet Peeves: Having to stand still while the other horses are moving around - being away from Fern

How We Met

Louie came from the same home as Fern. The owner had noone to ride him. When he came to us, he was very foundered. His hooves were curled and cracked. He was also about 500 pounds over weight. Thankfully, the farrier fixed him right up, and he lost the extra weight after he was put on a proper diet - he had been fed straight sweet feed year round! He now will walk up to you and 'hug' you(I think he's actully looking for treats!).
