How We Met

Before I moved, I had begun searching for horses in Florida (I didn't have one then). I saw a nice barn on a website and we called the stable to ask if they did lessons. Unfortunately, there was no trainer at that time and another barn was recommended. I tried that stable, but it didn't quite "click". After many more unsuccessful barns, I searched the internet again and came back to the first website. This time I saw Phantom and we called again. There was an instructor so we went there. On my first lesson, Phantom took off twice (he loves to go fast!). However, I took another lesson and he behaved himself. I have been leasing him ever since and he has been a great partner. ** His owner traded him for another horse and he was going to Alabama probably on the day I found out but I didnt want to let him go and not know what would happen to him. Especially since he has hoof problems and I was worried that he might be neglected or even slaughtered. So since I love him so much we bought him. Im getting another horse on a trial period and he cant do what I want to do so we're trying to find him a good, loving home. ****Phantom found a home (hopefully)!!!!- !!!!!!! He is on a trial period and it seems like he will stay at there! It is a beautiful place with really nice pastures and two ponies that he can be with. He was mean to the little one in the beginning, but now hes better.*******U- nfortunately, that home didn't work out but now he found another one and it seems really good for him..
