o crap lol! what a way to have to end a dance! i know those kinds of feelings when ur like, "grrr, right when the ice was breaking, he had 2 leave!" lol! let's hope the next dance has a happier ending lol! i do plan to make a profile of Valentino i just haven't gotten around 2 bringing my camera w/ me 2 work and the last couple days he's been really dirty lol so maybe thats good! no one's had time to groom them a lot cuz my riding instructor just had her baby! its a girl and they named her Chloe. she was premature thogh so she's still in the hospital sounds like there are some complications but i think she'll be ok just small. she wasn't due till next yr. MyDivaDoll and MissBimbo are like vistual girls fashion games. u can just type them in .com and see all about them. they're not as good as horse games lol but still a lot of fun. in fact, on mydivadoll.com u can type in stardust102 in the searchbox and see my diva! oh SWEET! that sounds fabulous!!! you must have had a blast! I never get the opportunity to go to many social events like dances and in fact I've never been to a dance. But I'd love to one day it always appealed to me, especially all the hot guys !!! I must again apoligize for not blogging back soon. I got the early winter sore throat/fever/confined to bed sickness lol. I've also been spending a lot of time playing horsey games like Howrse and Bella Sara and Horse Isle. I also love MyDivaDoll and Miss Bimbo have you ever heard of those? They're pretty cool. My ridinig instructor got a new Arabian--a GOrGIOUS gray named VALENTINO! Isn't that just the coolest name? She just recently started him under saddle and I should be able to ride him myself soon. I've been working wiht Missy nad Mr.Kool quite a lot. They're both comin along nicely. I'm proably going to be preparing them for another show here soon. My sister from college came down for mid-term break; it was sooooo wonderful to see her again! And she brought her fiance--he's such a great guy and they're an awesome match. I couldn't be mroe happy for my dear sister!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the condolences for Maia. We miss her as I'm sure you miss yours. That is terrible to lose all of them at once. I am sorry that I haven't written sooner. I fully intended to get back to you but I was working on replacing the main electric panel all day Wednesday and so we had no power and then yesterday I was desperately catching up with my dog blogs. It took me until almost midnight to get everything working again. I guess I'm pretty slow. My sister helped me with some of the necessary destruction work that had to precede the replacement. That did help speed things up some. And then when I was hooking all the wires back up I accidentally attached a line that was no longer in use. It had been marked with a wirenut that must have fallen off with all the commotion. Well, the end of the line must have been crossed or something because when I turned on the breaker there was a loud bang and a bright flash. It certainly made me jump. Fortunately, it didn't cause any damage. Today I finished all the reconconstruction of the wall and general area and so everything's back to normal except that now we have a new huge panel that hopefully won't catch on fire like the old one was doing. Well, Pippin's doing fine and being as cute as ever. I discovered yesterday that there is a small boy that has been visiting him and feeding him carrots. He's pretty cute too and just the right size for Pippin. He told me that he rides his grandma's minis. I don't think I would trust Pippin as a riding horse though. He'd probably take off. Good Morning
Sorry I haven't been around. I have been really busy with work. We just finished a 126 horse/mini horse rescue. We have spent 3 months getting them healthy enough to adopt. Spring is just fine. We are going to have to sell our horses as my husband can no longer ride or care for them due to a work injury he had recently. Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. I just haven't had a lot of time on here. Thanks so much for checking out all the new photos on all my pages. I'm glad you like them. Have you seen Pippin's new movie? We had a lot of fun making it, especially Pippin who knows he's the center of attention. Well, I rode Prince on Monday and he was really naughty. He bolted after Eddie and when I tried to slow him he got mad and started bucking like crazy. So now I was not only on a galloping runaway but a bucking bronco too. It took me a second to realize what he was doing but I was able to pull his head up and get him back under control. I worked him really hard after that and he did well. There was also a cattle drive right past the field where we were riding and he was so desperate to join in. He and one of the horses driving the cattle were having a very loud conversation the whole time. It was kind of funny.
Yesterday I took Pippin out with the cart and he did really well as usual. I went up the mountains a little way and since he was so desperate to explore we went through some unchartered forest until we could go no further because of the trees. It was lots of fun for both of us and he was very obedient. It was fun going home too because it's all downhill and he went pretty fast.
