Type of Riding: Just trails, with his heaves, you can't do much else.
My Horse's Achievements: He's just a dependable horse that I can put anyone on and be able to go for a peaceful trail ride. He's also my favorite bareback horse because he has such a comfy, wide back.
My Horse's Favorite Treat: Just the basics; carrots, sugar cubes, and marshmallows, he won't eat any other treats.
My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Eat and go for bareback trail rides.
Pet Peeves: That he can't breathe when he just wants to run around because he has heaves. He loves to run around but his body just can't take it.
My Horse's motto: Live life to the fullest, even though what life may have dealt is difficult, it can still be wonderful. Be Positive+

How We Met
Prince was my first horse. He has taught me so much and still does (mostly patience) and helps keep me on track and shows me what I can be with my new horse, Sunny. I love him sooo much. Since he has heaves I have learned patience so much because its hard for him to breathe hard so he can only run (more like a nice easy lope) slowly and for short periods. I ride him bareback more than with a saddle because it's faster and easier and I learn balance and get strong leg muscles from it. Yea, I know.. I just can't shut my mouth when I'm talking about horses!.

Blah and gloomy out today- haven't ridden since Monday! Hi, everyone! Could you help us with a very special HOTD today? Spot Ya Sum Luck(Dennis), who was HOTD last Thursday, had to be humanely euthanized last Friday because of complications after his surgery. We thought it would be a nice way to remember him by electing his dam, Shezadoozie, HOTD. Doozie is a 10 year old black overo American Paint horse. She's a very versatile horse, showing in English and Western Pleasure,Trail class, Halter, Showmanship, Jumping,and Cattle Sorting. Doozie's a laid back horse who loves to just laze around the pasture. Another thing she loves to do is swim. Please vote for Doozie today,in memory of Dennis. Her blog # is 80674. Hi, everyone! Hope your day is going great!Today, I would like you meet Fa Cymbal Lahna A.K.A. Lahna. Lahna is an 18 year old Arabian mare.Like most Arabians, she was quite a versatile horse, She did english, western and jumping! Her sire was actually a Western Champion. Lahna was a lesson horse, but last fall, when a horse named Aoife arrived at the barn, she was moved to a different one. well he doesnt drink inside of his stall(bad experience)so we have to take him out to one of our pastures and let him drink out of a barrel,so we took him out and he started pawing at the snow and once he saw it wasnt going away,he turned around(i didnt have a leadrope on him just a halter)and started running,lucky for us he ran straight back to his stall and hid and we had to bring the bucket to him,it was hilarious,anyways left a vote! Meano got to do something for the new year that many of us don't get to do. She got to go to a wonderful new home today that has many other horses that are in her class. She is now part of a quarter horse ranch that raises and shows halter horses. She will be missed dearly (especially by me, I haven't been able to stop crying since she left) but I know she is in good hands and she will finally be able to do what she was bred for: show. She seemed to show an instant bond with her new owner, and that is something that you cannot replace. I'll leave her website on for a few more weeks or so, so that everyone can say goodbye....The new owner promised to keep me updated and I also have her website address, so if anyone is curious I can keep them up to date as I find out. What a cute horse! That is too bad about the heaves though. That isn't fun. :( Have a vote! Also, if you are new on here, I'm going to warn you that there are a lot of fake or cyber-stolen horses on here. People just take pictures off of the internet or off of someones website, make a profile for it, and call it their own horse. It is really wrong and we all need to work together to try and stop them.
