Nicknames: Molly aka Molly MOO (She is a little fat), Moo Ju, Molly Pop, Molly Dot, Molly Mare, Spotty Spot, FILLY (the latter during frustrated times)

Breed: Appaloosa Horse
Height: 14'3
Color: SPOTS and lots of them. 99% of them are black but every now and then there is a light brown one. When she came here last year her face was almost entirely black. She is a lot lighter this year.
Type of Riding: ANYTHING. She wants to jump but I am taking it slow. We go bareback alone on trails. Most people can't believe that she is so young.
My Horse's Achievements: She is just soo beautiful and smart. I ride her in only a rope halter. I can go on trails with other people and their horses will act up and Molly just stands there.
My Horse's Favorite Treat: A treat is a treat
My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Eat! She comes right up to me from the pasture when I yell that it is dinner time.
Pet Peeves: Nothing really. She is a very sweet animal. She gets bored quickly if I just leave her in the stall or wash bay. She also hates it if I take care of another horse before her.
My Horse's motto: Who is that? What is that? What now? Can I eat that? Don't leave me!!!

How We Met
Last year, my mare and I came to this barn. They bring in horses to resell. Molly was brought in later the week we arrived and I fell in love. But she was only one and a half years old and I just didn't want to be paying board for a horse that I really couldn't do anything with yet. She was sold but came back to the barn for training. When she returned to her owner I didn't think I would she her again. One day I walked into the barn and there she was. Seems her owner bought another horse and couldn't afford to keep her. The owner took her back in return for board for the women's two other horses. I had decided to ask if I could trade my older mare for this filly and was so happy when they said yes. I talked to her owner the other day and she was happy that Molly now has a great home.
