I was running as hard as I could my master was whipping harder and harder yelling faster faster. When I finally finished my master was pleased for this was only a practice for the big race coming in 4 months. After that I was turned out in the pasture the next thing I remember was my owner screaming at the vet 5 days before the big race. I was going to have a foal so I could not race. He took me home and that night I did not get fed. Oh that horrible feeling in my tummy. The next day I herd the feed cart go by I stuck my head out the door to greet my master but when he came by instead of food he hit me in the head with a bucket. Then after every horse was fed the where turned out to frolic in the field except me. Then my owner came in my stall with a big thick whip. All of a sudden he started beating my with it, I screamed out and fell to my knees in pain. Later on in the day my owner took me outside. Outside there was a big trailer with lots of horses in it. I went on very long ride, for 3 days no food or water. When we arrived to the destination it smelt musky like death. I was cramed into a stall with to other horses. The next day as soon as I woke I herd a loud band then a scream and a cutting sound I herd it over and over again. I wondered why the horses where screaming. Then I was lead out a nail gun was pointig to my head. Then the bang I fell to my knees then they started to rip my pretty chestnut coat off, then just before I died I herd snickering. I looked up and there was y owner my supost to be best friend. Then I died. See how sad this story is and this is happening to a lot of horses all around the world. Please stop horse abuse.

Type of Riding: People ride horses and one mistake it is forgotten, abandon, abused, beat, or slaughtered. Please respect your horse it is almost like your best friend when they hurt you but worst. We have all been there so don't do this to your horse.

How We Met

The horse is not just an animal but a friend. Your horse isn't going to judge you so why judge him. He won't hurt you so why hurt him. Even if he hurts you it isn't on purpose. He truely cares so why not care for him. Abuse of any kind no matter what is wrong so why abuse. Instead of pain bring joy to a horse save a horse and you just might get your self a Best friend for life..

my horse is a rescue from the track but she was lucky. her owners cared about about their horses very much and tried very hard to find good homes for them when they were not doing well at the track instead of running them into the ground. omg i really want the abusment to stop and i have to see people hurting there horses ever day. some people at my barn think there horses arnt good enough so they either sell them or have somebody fix them. good thing all of them have been fixed and you know the funny thing well all the problems were in the ride. either they were pulling to hard on there mouth or the rider was giving the wrong command etc. i will vote for this page everyday.<3 nina... cal and hugo... cruelty to horses I too care about abused horses. My best friend rescued a dying mare from stockyard holding pen. She was so skinny her hip bone stuck out and had rainscald bad. We didnt think she would live 1 day. Ginger survied with alot of tlc. She was 20 and my friend gave her to my daughter as a first horse. Ginger enjoyed 3 years with us happily playing and grazing in our pasture. Sadly she passed away at age 23. That is so disgustingly horrible!! I am SO happy u care so much about this!!!! I hate everyone who abuses horses!!! Its not there fault there born or are abused!! They dont choose to be there the best thing they could do in a situation like this is.............. i dont even know!! Its so horrible!!! Now i'm crying. Just come visit my site. Got My Vote! even though your page scared the living life out of me, you got my vote. I am totally against hunting or any kind of any animal abuse. Abuse is AWFUL! I agree, horse abuse should never be tolerated. All I can really do is love my horse and her pasture buddies as much as possible and give them the compassion and understanding they deserve. I left a vote for your cause. hey hey that is so sad that people would kill loveable horse for unknown reasons. horses that just fine and is nothing wrong with them seems to be the ones who always get destroyed. i would like to hear another one of the horrible stories about horse abuse, i think everyone should petition horse abuse, in the inhumanly killing of unhurt horses. heres a vote for the ones who have died. Welcome to Horsechannel !! That story is so HEARTBREAKING!! His gentle breath enfolds you, and he watches with those eyes, He may not have a PhD, But he is Oh,So wise!! His head rests on your shoulder. You embrace him Oh so tight. He puts your world in balance, And makes it seem all right. Your tears they soon stop flowing. The tension is now eased. The garbage has been lifted, and you're quiet and at peace. HI!!Me and my horsechannel friends are trying to get MINGO CANDY HOTD(horse of the day) she is a great horse and loves to get treats and still does an AWSOME job going on all day trail rides evan though she is 21. she was abused when she was younger about 6 years ago or maybe more than that the person that gave her to us didnt have enough time for her ( they were not the ones who abused her it was the owner before that) we got her to be a buddy to my horse In a Blaze of Glory.
