How We Met
Speckles was at my barn before I got there. We got him fresh off the track and he still does his racehorse behavior all the time. He's constantly trying to attack the other horses. But he really is a sweetheart. He's not my horse, he's a schoolhorse. I love him so much and he's a blast to ride!.

howdy!
u hav a lotta horse blogs and i can't go on all of them. so im goin on this 1 because it rminds me of peanut, my leased ex-racehorse and dressage horse who's also a flebitten gray. when i told my non-horsey sister that peanut's a flea-bittwn gray, she actually thought it meant flea-bitten! she wouldn't go near peanut 4 awhile. here's a vote.Come visit me, Princess Peanut ~ My Miracle Horse.

8/2/08 HORSE CHARITY EVENT
CANTER-Ohio www.canterusa. org/ohio Great volunteer-only charity, no administrative costs, 100% of everything we raise goes to trailering, vet costs, board, feed, and medicines necessary to rehabilitate retired/rescued racehorses. August 2, 2008 CANTER-Ohio Equine Education Clinic at Cherokee Stables on Borror Road in Grove City, OH 43123. 10 am-2 pm $15 admission, multiple speakers including OSU vet, equine clinic vet, farrier, & an equine massage therapist on hand to cover topics: colic, basic health care & vaccinations, shoeing, & massage, etc. Lots of information for just $15. Jackson for HOTM in June
The reasons why to vote for Jackson are: 1. Oldenburgs are rare on HC and I want to make them more known 2. We are doing our first Children's Hunters (3') classes in two weeks 3. He is a 9 year old bay gelding 4. He was my dream horse when i bought him, and he is amazing. He is a very sweet horse who really wants to win HOTM! That president Lyndon B Johnson owned a Arabian Horse? and that Gen U.S Grant recieved two Arabian Stallions Leopard and Linden Tree as a gift, and that he let President Abraham Lincoln ride his horse, Cincinnatus. His gentle breath enfolds you, and he watches with those eyes, He may not have a PhD, But he is Oh,So wise!! His head rests on your shoulder. You embrace him Oh so tight. He puts your world in balance, And makes it seem all right. Your tears they soon stop flowing. The tension is now eased. The garbage has been lifted, and you're quiet and at peace. So when you need the balance from circumstances in your day... the best therapy that you can seek... Is out there eating Hay.......... Author~Mary Ann Miller..
