Type of Riding: We started out on leadline. Then, when I was old enough, we rode just walk/trot. Finally we learned to canter together and it was so much fun! Our favorite things to do was poll bending, barrel racing, and key hole games.
My Horse's Achievements: He is the horse that I learned how to ride on.
My Horse's Favorite Treat: He loved any kind of treats.
My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Run, be groomed, and go to the shows!

How We Met
I took riding lessons on Chico from age 3 to 9. He is the horse that I learned how to ride on. He was so much fun to ride! When I turned 10 years old, we decided that he was getting to old, and I was getting too tall to ride him. So, we went to a differnt stable but I still went to visit him every chance I could. I seen him for the last time in the summer of 2007. After that visit, I got a call two weeks later that he had passed away. The vet said that he was between 38 and 42 years old. He lived a very long, healthy and happy life..

sorry about the horse
Patches wont let anyone work with him but me so noone can break him and there is a slight problem i have never trained a horse before so if anyone wold like to give me and tips i would be very thankful. I would love to break him in the water becaeuse thanks to lots of tip patches is over is water phobia and then I have heard that they buck less in the water. So please feel free to leave ideas on my page and a vote would be nice too.

So sorry for your loss. But WOW! He did have a long, full life didn't he?! That is the hard part of sharing our lives and hearts with animals, we are guaranteed a heartbreak eventually. But our lives are so much richer with them. I voted for him.Come visit me, Cooper & Pixie.
