A Very Courageous Filly
She ran strong to complete the race in second only a few lengths behind Big Brown. Such a big hearted filly, running with all those colts. So sad how the Derby was her last race. She deserved to live longer, but at least she doesn't have to endure pain from her serious injury. She shall rest in peace with all the horses that have lost their lives and passed on. She can now run freely without anything in her way.Come visit me, Charlie Horse.

OMG
The only reason I heard of eight belles was when I turned on the derby. I told my dad she was going to win it, but he said the odds were for Big Brown. She ran her heart out and did great, I DID cry when they announced her uthinasa. She diserved to win, and I really think they should have taken a moment in silence for her, or someting...Come visit me, Magic.

Spongebob For HOTM In June
Hi,I am trying to get my horse spongebob HOTM in june,he is a very loving 5 yrs old gelding,He is being trained as a western pleasure show horse.spongebob is the best horse ive ever known.i got him when he was 1 yrs old and i trained him and he has been through so much and has worked so hard for me and everyone whos every ridden or taken care of him.I really think he deserves HOTM so PLZ vote for in for HOTM in june,i know it would me not only alot to me but to spongebob as well so plz vote for him:) Plz copy and paste this to everyone plz:)thanx. Eight Belles looked like my horse UVM Ilona
I just heard about what has happened to Eight Belles and I am so upset that the trainer didn't think to put bandages around her fetlock joints for extra support during the race. I don't know if that would have saved her bones from breaking, but I think at least it would have been an excellent preventative measure. You received my vote and I hope that you receive many more. Jackson for HOTM in June
The reasons why to vote for Jackson are: 1. Oldenburgs are rare on HC and I want to make them more known 2. We are doing our first Children's Hunters (3') classes in two weeks 3. He is a 9 year old bay gelding 4. He was my dream horse when i bought him, and he is amazing. 5. He loves everybody! He is a very sweet horse who really wants to win HOTM!
