Hey! I'm finally back, hallelujiah!!! Lol! How are you and Sonny? Here's a vote, please read my letter below if you get the chance! Everyone: first of all, I'm so glad to be back! It has been a long summer, and a hard transition! We finally made it to our new house in Houston just this weekend, and Butterscotch should be here (hopefully) by the end of the month. I am so sorry that I haven't been on in forever, I hope y'all aren't too mad at me! Things have just been so crazy! Hopefully, now that we have internet, I'll be on much more often. Butterscotch is doing very well- for now she is staying with my gparent's in Lindale and lovin' life! I go see her and ride every weekend, and I look forward to having her here with me! Dreamer has finally left the farm: she found a new owner in Arkansas, and is doing very well. I still love her and I wish her the best of luck! BowDex is doing good, too, and is happy in her home. I, my mom, and my step-dad are doing good- we're finding out what it means to be a family (easier said than done!) ha ha! I hope y'all and your equine buddies are doing well! Hey!!! Sorry it's taken me so dang long to reply to your comment, my letter below explains why (I'm moving to Houston). I really enjoy summer, so I don't have a least favorite thing, although I wish it would be just a TAD bit cooler, like in the low 90's instead of 100's!!! Ha ha! I had a fun ride on Butters today, she was frisky but that made it more exciting! Ha ha! Well, Sonny does have gorgeous blue eyes, I can't blame you for wanting to look into them all the time! I would! Well, I guess I'll ttyl! Here's a vote! ^< ♥ >^ Hey everyone! Yes, I sure have written a lot of letters lately! The reason I haven't been on very often is because I have been driving back and forth from Lindale to Houston (a 4 hour drive) every week or so to be with my mom and step-dad. As it turns out, I've decided to move there so I can be with my mom. School starts there next week, and I don't even have my classes yet (!!!!), so I'm trying to get moved, get that taken care of, and trying to get Ms. Butter's there (and we don't have internet YET at the apartment, so that's why I haven't been on, but we will in October when we get the townhome). I found a really good place to board her, spectacular people and for only $175 a month! I'm so excited about that, it's a blessing. However, it looks like I won't be able to get her there until September-October, (and even then I'll have to pay the first couple months by myself), because we're short on money and our townhouse isn't move-in ready until October! Ahh! Dreamer, sadly, is probably going back to Wisconsin because she's gotten so bad we can hardly even halter her! Anyways... I'm sorry to talk so long, I just wanted to let everyone know that because we don't have internet until October I will not be on as often as I normally am. I'm not mad at anyone, I promise, and I'm glad y'all are all so sweet to me and supportive! The true blessing is that I will have Butterscotch with me no matter where I go, and I'm so glad! Lol, yep treats are the ultimate tools for persuasion when it comes to my horses, too! Ha ha! I'm sorry you're allergic to onions, they're gross anyway so don't feel bad! Lol I'm pretty allergic to all bug bites, including mosquitoes, but normally I just swell up- I've never had a reaction like that, especially not to bull nettle, but I've also never gotten THAT much bull nettle on me before. I've gotten a little bit here and there growing up, but nothing like that before. OUCH! Lol so how have you been doing? Here's a vote for the amazing Sonny! ps: what color are Sonny's eyes? blue? Thanks! Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, my letter below explains why! Butterscotch and BowDex both have good attitudes, Dreamer on the other hand is stubborn and naughty! I love her to death, but she misbehaves so much that I usually let my gpa ride her becuz she does better with male riders. Here's a vote for Sonny! --- ♥ Hey everybody! Sorry I'm just now getting on! My mom and I ended up having to stay in Houston until Wednesday, and I didn't have ANY access to internet. Then, when we got back on Wednesday night, I was out in the horsepen with Butterscotch and Dreamer (I sure missed them!) and I stepped in Bull Nettle. It got all over my foot, leg, and toes. 30 minutes later, I started having a bad allergic reaction: my foot/leg got swollen, my face got swollen, I started running fever, my lips got numb, and I broke out in a rash all over my body. So I spent from 12-3 am in the emergency room: NOT FUN! I was ok, and the reaction calmed down after a little bit, but I spent Thursday resting. Again, sorry I'm just now getting on! It'd be so much easier if I had internet at my house, but sadly, I don't! Tuesday and Wednesday I was working at the hazelnut farm where I keep Fresca. After work at 5:00 I was going into Fresca's pasture to say hi and bye quitly. I walked up to her with a treat. She took the treat and took of running! She realy didn't want to go in the barn. I wasn't going to put her in any way though! It's sorta warm at night now so i'm leaving her out all the time. So your horse isn't the only horse that wants to stay in the pasture! Left a vote! Come visit me, Fresca.
