Height: 12 hands and growing... As of Dec. 2009 He stands at 15 hands, told he is going to be a good size guy when done by our beloved friend and trainer!
Color: Brown, Star and Snipe, One Sock left hind, also blue rings around his eyes!
Type of Riding: Nothing as of yet...plan on western pleasure but have thought of letting my daughter use him for barrel! Afraid that will have to be decided once he is finished out a bit!
My Horse's Achievements: Coming when called, standing still for ears being clipped,and hooves being cleaned. Recently not to knock the farrier over!.This spring I tacked him up and lead my daughter around on him. Think hes gonna be fairly easy!
My Horse's Favorite Treat: carrot and apples ( he takes tiny bites out of it I guess to ensure he doesn't bite the hand that feeds him..LOL), found out Christmas he likes peppermint candy!
My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Hanging out grazing, being brushed, chasing the rooster and of course playing with his ball. He is very curious ( just try taking a photo from in side the pasture... Few on site!) Just recently he has learned to open the yard shed back door( I have to remind everyone to lock the front)!This winter we were in the garage doing our butchering thing when my sisiter in law says whats your horse playing with... so, here I go up over the hill, to find he had opened the back door and decided he wanted the pool box... yes the pool was scattered and he had the box( fun to pick up at 20-30 below).
Pet Peeves: fast moving, loud children... Has really improved in this area he actually gets excited to see small children! Now all I have to do is teach him the dogs aren't a play toy!
