How We Met

Well, my old pony, Patsy, died around my birthday when I was 5. I wanted another pony or horse. This horse trader had him. And I forget what my dad paid for him, but he traded his truck or something for him too. The day we got him, he was a little fireball. My dad started up his truck that was REALLY loud, while my sister was leading him. Then the truck made this huge noise. Next, Thera started running and dragged my sister behind him on the ground!!! But after we got some training done with him I could ride him. But in fourth grade I was trying to ride him and... he started bucking with me while he was running and crohopping. But I didn't fall off. Then he ran into his run-in stall and slammed me against the wall. No offense or anything to people that own ponies, but most of them are really mean!!! But Thera has gotten better with his older age.

Now the meaning of the name... some people say it sounds like a girls name, Thera. But actually, he's named after the horse in the movie: The Silver Stallion. But they spell it different. Thera or Thora or something of the kind is supposed to mean Wind. So that's why I named him that...=D.
