Hi!
It is great you had your grandparents' support. I wish I had had the same opportunities growing up. Our small town did not even have a 4H back then! There were no stables to ride except for about a year when I was 4 years old and my dad would take me and lead me around on a little black & white pony named "Trigger". I would go on trail rides after I got married when my husband and I would go on vacations where I could find a place. I was so glad when the stable opened where I now board my horse. I took lessons there, and the Lord blessed me with my Cody. It took 39 years of hoping and praying, but persistence paid off! I left you a vote! :)Come visit me, Cody's Specialty Sold to a new owner.

I appreciated the compliment on Cody. It looks like from your picture that you are an adult, also. It seems like a lot of people on this site are kids. Don't get me wrong, I love chatting with the kids.(I'm used to it. I'm an elementary school teacher!) It is nice to find some adults that enjoy talking about horses, though. My husband and 14 year old daughter are Definitely NOT horsey people. How long have you had horses? I always wanted a horse growing up, but my parents were just not able to make that happen.
