My human mom has a cockatiel named Kiwi!!! How cool is that? Your Kiwi is lucky to be loved so much. My mom loves me a bunch too! My name is Shybang (pronounced Shabang) and I am a paint horse too. Welcome to HC. I live in Richmond, Tx just outside of Houston. I am trained in reining but also do trail and local open shows. My mom likes to play with cows on me too. I love to go after the cows. My human mom made me the subject of a fictional novel she has out now, called Shabang's Story. The story is about a young woman whose beloved horse is stolen with another horse and they are left in the Arizona wilderness to fend for themselves. It is told from the horses view as well as from the humans and describes the journey their lives take after the theft. It is available at Barnesandnoble.com and Amazon.com and other bookseller web sites. Even though the story is fictional she used my personality and boldness for the main horse character in the book. I guess she is proud of me or something. If you get a chance to read it, let me know. We've received 4 & 5 star reviews on the book and I bet you would like it too.
