Congratulations to the winner of our Farnam/Horse Illustrated trip to the Kentucky Derby contest, Deb Pinkowski of Wilson, N.Y.
Deb and a guest will receive two tickets to the 2012 Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby; a Thoroughbred farm tour and visit to the Kentucky Horse Park; plus airfare and accommodations for two.
Deb and her husband own a diverse group of nine horses: two Quarter Horses, one Appaloosa, three Thoroughbreds, two Paints and one Tennessee Walking Horse. She says the horses each have their own unique personalities, but the one thing they have in common is their use of Farnam products. “I'm not one to enter contests, but when I saw it was the anniversary of a company that I believe in, trust and have continued to use throughout the years, I decided to head out to the barn and gather up as many products as I could find, and within a few minutes this is what I accumulated,” writes Deb. “I'm hoping a picture can say what I want to about my trust in Farnam. Lucas, our off-the-track racehorse, volunteered to be in the photo as our own Farnam barn representative!”
