Several flatbed trucks turning onto your property will give you the first view of your new barn.

Several flatbed trucks turning onto your property will give you the first view of your new barn. Your main responsibility is to make sure that all delivery trucks and construction crews have total access to the site, not only in terms of traversable drive lanes, but enough horizontal space to accommodate truss width plus 10 feet of additional clearance. All materials are unloaded mechanically and stacked in designated spots.

There will undoubtedly be wear and tear on the ground around the worksite and, possibly, some deterioration of driveways due to heavy equipment. Responsibility for reconstruction of those areas should be specified in your building contract.
