How do you feel about horse-drawn carriages in major cities?
They should be allowed as they always have been.
They should be regulated better to make sure the horses aren't overworked.
They should be restricted to parks or low-traffic areas.
They should be banned from cities. It's not safe for the horses or people.

In other news related to the 2008 Olympic Games, the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) has scheduled a workshop to assist Olympic equestrians, veterinarians and coaches with the latest updates on equine health and welfare for the upcoming Games. The workshop, Feb.17, 2008 in the Olympic museum auditorium in Lausanne, Switzerland, is titled “On to Hong Kong.”

The FEI’s focus for the workshop will be on heat and humidity suffered by human and equine athletes during the Games. The information was collected at the August 2007 Test Event held in Hong Kong to review the venue, layout and procedures for the three Olympic equestrian disciplines: dressage, eventing and jumping.
