NRCHA Derby is Being Web Cast

Catch all the live action from home.

The National Reined Cow Horse Association Derby kicked off this week and runs through June 24 at the Paso Robles Events Center in California. Even if you’re not there, you can still see all the action.

Through the services of NRCHA official videograher, Galloping Video, the event is being web cast. To access the event live, visit www.nrcha.com for a link.

With total added money over $230,000 and a payoff that will exceed $500,000, the event features the premier 4- and 5-year-olds of the industry.

Earlier this week the rein work portion of the National Reined Cow Horse Association Non Pro, Intermediate Non Pro, and Amateur Derby concluded with Kristi Locatelli piloting Imacockadoodledude to earn the top score for the Non Pro and Intermediate Non Pro class.

On Thursday, the Open Derby exhibitors completed their rein work prelims.

The National Reined Cow Horse Association, the governing body of cow horse competition, is responsible for promoting the sport, ensuring high standards of competition and educating members and the public about the history and tradition of the cow horse.
