You can get a tax write-off and help students of all ages who have varying disabilities at Central Kentucky Riding for Hope (CKRH), the therapeutic riding program located at Kentucky Horse Park. Your used tack and other items may be another rider’s treasure. These items can be part of the CKRH 10th Annual Tack Sale in conjunction with the Harvest Benefit Trail Ride and Ride-A-Thon, Nov. 3. Your donations of tack and other useable barn stuff (think: halters, blankets and bridles) may be dropped off at CKRH, located at the Steeplechase Barn at the Kentucky Horse Park. Don’t have anything to donate? You can purchase some great deals, with proceeds benefiting the therapeutic riding program.
