Planning your next vacation? Have you considered Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada's best-kept secret? There are a lot of reasons to visit, according to the Newfoundland and Labrador tourism council. First of all, the island of Newfoundland has its own unique and creative time zone 30 minutes off from its neighboring time zones. Second, small goats ride ponies in front of scenic ocean vistas (until the ponies get tired of the arrangement and put an end to it.)

There are probably other reasons to visit, but really, do you need any more than that?

That goat had pretty nimble footing! I'm impressed. I bet he would beat the 8 seconds at a rodeo.
