You move your hands too much, which makes the horses frustrated, could be a large reason of why that white horse was tossing it's head so much. Also, you bounce around too much which throws your horse off alot. The jumps would be alot cleaner if you learn to listen and feel the beat of the horse adn try to work with his movement, not against it. Also, it looks like the horse is running around the arena wild. Slow the horse down a bit.
